A quick peek into our week last week.
The kids started out wanting to play baseball on Monday. I decided I should probably take them to the park to play so that they could really do it.
We had fun for a good 45 minutes playing around. I pitched for each of them. Even Alex was hitting them toward the end!
The kids pitched a few for me too. It was good exercise for us all.
Tuesday was another "on a whim" day where we decided to join some friends that invited anyone to join them at OMSI. I was so glad we did. My kids had the best time they have had in a long time because they had friends to hang out with.
Some fun challenges for all the kids.
It was kinda funny how long they spent at the age machine. Both Moms were quietly laughing to ourselves at this.
April was in heaven with this fun piano...
Aaron liked this spinning table. It was a good challenge for him.
They have a guitar exhibit right now. That was a big hit with all the kiddos. Some pretty interesting things to be found too.
They played quite a while with this laser harp. It was pretty fun. I even enjoyed trying it out.
For co-op we had a "monsters" day. They played this Monster dice match game. Even Alex played it!
On Friday we had our Fall festival with the Woodburn homeschool group. Alex did most of the stations which I was impressed with. I think it had a lot to do with the fact that I didn't have to man a station so I actually got to go around with him and help him. I'm glad I ended up not doing one even though I really wanted to.
Here he is with the leaf identification page he did.
He made a fall garland, which is around his neck right now.
Then we had a busy halloween weekend. Aric had his last soccer game on Saturday morning, and halloween is in a different post.
It was a good and busy week!
