The world smells good, when I can smell. I have something going on with my sense of smell. It has been pretty much gone the past few years, but some days it comes back, and oh it smells wonderful! I never realized how wonderful the sense of smell is until it was gone.
Here are some of my favorite scents...
1. Bread baking in the oven
2. Candles and scentsy scents
3. The mountains in Oregon; Mmmm pine trees and moist forests!
4. Yummy Food cooking, especially with garlic
5. New books and bookstores
6. Fall baking, cinnamons, apples, pumpkin spice, etc.
7. Essential oils
I am sure there are many more, but those are probably my favorites. I really am just happy when I can smell anything. On days when my smeller works I just want to jump and shout at how good everything smells, but I don't because well you know, I might not be understood.

ReplyDeleteOh no! I'm sorry to hear about your sense of smell. But you have a great list.
ReplyDeleteI can relate to not having my sense of smell at times due to medication. Today, I bought my first "Scentsy" product, the Beach scent. I was at a fair in a park and they had a booth and had them on sale.
