I spent most of today getting books and shelves and school stuff organized. When I had everything pulled out on the table, and laid out the kids of course were interested, and started looking over what was there. Aaron (11) says, "this is kinda getting me excited for school to start!" This is my kid that really doesn't care for books and learning, but he said it!
I too am getting excited. When we started summer I thought I'd never be excited for homeschool to start again. Seriously. I was so burned out, and not even sure I could go on, but here I am, very excited about the coming year. I have (mostly) decided on curriculum, and will be posting about that in next week's Back to School blog hop. It will be 5 Days of: Curriculum, school supplies, planning/record keeping, outside the home, and Dear Homeschool Mom.
